Homes By Josh Doyle (HBJD) is a design-build custom home builder serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Led by second-generation builder Josh Doyle, HBJD specializes in designing and building true custom homes from scratch on each customer’s land, including ranch, modern farmhouse, and craftsman styles.

Every HBJD project begins with a 3D design to lock in precise construction costs, transparent pricing and allow customers to preview the finished home. Services include custom floor plans, interior design, custom cabinetry, and the construction of energy-efficient homes.
HBJD engineers every home for superior energy efficiency and thermal protection by including: 1/2" closed-cell spray foam, R-13 batts, R-50 fiberglass attic insulation and Andersen 200 Series insulated windows.
Every HBJD home offers superior structural quality by having: Weyerhaeuser Patented Exterior Grade Structural Wood, Weyerhaeuser Patented 3/4” Gold Board Premium Subfloor, 2x10” or I-Joist 16” On Center Floor Joists and 4000 PSI Poured Concrete with Fibermesh and vertical and horizontal rebar.
